JCAM Language Program COVID-19 protocol is available HERE.
JCAM centre to remain closed the public.
It has been a difficult decision that the JCAM board had to make but we feel that this is being proactive and inline with what so many organizations have decided to do. This decision was made with all the information that is currently available as well as a discussion with the Infection Control Officer of Shared Health at Health Sciences Centre. For the most up to date information about what is happening in the province you can read about that here.
Measures to mitigate spread of COVID-19 are reported in this document from the Government of Canada.
For now consider all events cancelled at the centre!
The events cancelled include the following:
- Language school have been transitioned over to Zoom classrooms and small classes at the centre.
- PSP program is cancelled for now.
- All user group programs will start up again with code red restrictions and utilizing all the recommendations by the Gov of Manitoba.
- Bento Lunch and Sunday Ramen curbside pick up will continue as planned
