Take advantage of our great early bird discount!
To take advantage of the Early Bird rate, please complete a registration form and pay a deposit of $40 by the end of June 2023. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance ($360) is due on August 12, 2023.
If you do not complete the registration form and pay a deposit by the end of June, the regular tuition rate will apply.

Regular Registration: August 13 - August 31
If your registration and deposit are not received by June 30, regular tuition rate will apply. Registration at the regular rate will be accepted from August 13 through August 31. After August 31, students may enroll only if there is space in the class.
6月30日までに登録及びDepositの入金をされていない場合は、通常料金となります。通常料金での受付は8月13日から8月31日までです。この間に登録と支払いをお願いします。8月31日を過ぎた場合は、クラスに空きがある場合に限り入学できます。

Regular price $450+$30 Family Membership
* If registration is complete during the Early Bird period but the remaining balance is not paid by August 12, you will be charged the regular rate minus the amount of the deposit ($405). In the event of cancellation by the student, the deposit will not be refunded.
早期割引（Early Bird）で登録された方で、8月12日までに残金の支払いが無い場合は、通常料金となります。Depositの金額を引いた残りの金額（＄410）をお支払いください。キャンセルされた場合は、depositの返金はできません。

- Our school is following the COVID-19 guidelines from the Province of Manitoba. We may change the delivery method of classes from in-person to online depending on the situation in our school, community and province.

JCAM Japanese Language School 日本語学校について
- JCAM is a community-based, charitable corporation that is run by its volunteer members. JCAM’s objective is the education, preservation, and promotion of Japanese and Japanese-Canadian culture, history, and language in the province of Manitoba. JCAMは、地域社会に根ざした、ボランティアメンバーによって運営されている慈善団体です。JCAMは、マニトバ州における日本および日系カナダ人の文化、歴史、言語の教育、保存、普及を目的としています。
- Only JCAM members can register for the courses of JCAM Japanese Language School (the “School”). JCAM日本語学校にお申し込みいただいたJCAM会員の方がご利用いただけます。
- Delivery of the language programs through JCAM Japanese Language School is a program in support of the core activities of JCAM: promoting Japanese traditional culture, Japanese modern culture, and human rights. JCAM日本語学校はJCAMの活動の柱である伝統、文化、人権の中のひとつのプログラムです。
- JCAM Japanese Language School has been operating with the volunteer support of parents of Heritage Program students. Any assistance parents can provide in support of the school is greatly appreciated. JCAM日本語学校の継承語クラスにおいては運営が潤滑に行われるよう、生徒の保護者の方のご協力をお願いします。
Withdrawal and Refund Policy 返金について
(Heritage, High School, Adult Class 継承語、高校生、大人クラス)
JCAM日本語学校は学習効果が上がるよう、年度を通してのカリキュラムを組んでいます。JCAM日本語学校の趣旨をご理解いただいた上でお申し込みください。
- Tuition fees are fully refundable only for first-time students to the School if an email or phone request for withdrawal is received by the School by 4pm on the business day before the third. 日本語学校の学費は新規申込みの生徒に限り、３回目の授業の前営業日の午後4時までキャンセルをEメールか電話にて受付、学費は全額返金致します。
- JCAM membership fee, textbook and workbook are not refundable by the School even if a student is entitled to a full tuition refund. 新規お申し込みで、正規の手順で全額返金を受けたとしても、JCAMの会費とご自身でご購入されたテキストやワークブックは、返金、買い取りいたしませんので、ご注意ください。
- Classes may be subject to cancellation if minimum enrolment is not met. Students will be entitled to a full tuition refund (including the non-refundable deposit) under these circumstances. (JCAM membership fee would not be refunded.) クラスの人数が定数に満たない場合は、クラスがキャンセルされる場合があります。この場合は初回以外の方も学費はDeposit を含め全額返金致します。（JCAM会費は返金されません）
- If a class is cancelled due to the minimum enrolment policy, students in the Adult Program may be allowed to register for another class. Please consult with the instructors. クラスが定員に満たずキャンセルとなった場合、大人クラスの方で他のレベルに移りたい方は講師の判断により他のクラスに移ることが可能です。
