High School Credit Program: $490(Early Bird $470) + $30 Family Membership (17 years old and under) / $20 Single Membership (18 years old and over)
* Classes may be subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met by August 31, 2023.
2023年8月31日までに定員に満たない場合はクラスがキャンセルとなる場合があります。
* Weather conditions or unexpected events may make class cancellations necessary without advance notice. In the event of class cancellation, missed classes will be rescheduled by instructors.
悪天候または予期せぬ事態が起こった場合に、授業は予告なしにキャンセルとなる場合があります。キャンセルとなった授業は別の日に振替授業を行います。

1. Our school is following the COVID-19 guidelines from the Province of Manitoba. We may change the delivery method of classes from in-person to online depending on the situation in our school, community and province.

JCAM Japanese Language School　日本語学校について

• JCAM Japanese Language School offers Japanese language learning programs to JCAM (Japanese Cultural Association of Manitoba INC.) members. JCAM is a non-profit organization owned by the Japanese Canadian community in Manitoba.
  JCAM日本語学校は、マニトバ州における日系コミュニティである非営利団体の Japanese Cultural Association of Manitoba INC. (以下JCAM) がJCAM会員の皆様に提供する日本語学習プログラムです。
• Only JCAM members can register for the courses of JCAM Japanese Language School (the “School”).
  JCAM日本語学校にお申し込みいただいたJCAM会員の方がご利用いただけます。
• Delivery of the language programs through JCAM Japanese Language School is a program in support of the core activities of JCAM: promoting Japanese traditional culture, Japanese modern culture, and human rights.
  JCAM日本語学校はJCAMの活動の柱である伝統、文化、人権の中のひとつのプログラムです。

Withdrawal and Refund Policy 返金について
(Heritage, High School, Adult Class　継承語、高校生、大人クラス)

JCAM Japanese Language School’s curriculums are designed as full-year programs. Please remember this when applying.

JCAM日本語学校は学習効果が上がるよう、年度を通してのカリキュラムを組んでいます。JCAM日本語学校の趣旨をご理解いただいた上でお申し込みください。

• Tuition fees are fully refundable only for first-time students to the School if an email or phone request for withdrawal is received by the School by 4pm on the business day before the third class.
  日本語学校の学費は新規申込みの生徒に限り、３回目の授業の前営業日の午後4時までキャンセルをEメールか電話にて受付、学費は全額返金致します。
• JCAM membership fee, textbook and workbook are not refundable by the School even if a student is entitled to a full tuition refund.
  新規お申し込みで、正規の手順で全額返金を受けたとしても、JCAMの会費とご自身でご購入されたテキストやワークブックは、返金、買い取りいたしませんので、ご注意ください。
• Classes may be subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met. Students will be entitled to a full tuition refund under these circumstances.
  クラスの人数が定数に満たない場合は、クラスがキャンセルされる場合があります。この場合は初回以外の方も学費は全額返金致します。（JCAM会費は返金されません）
• If a class is cancelled due to the minimum enrollment policy, students in the Adult Program may be allowed to register for another class. Please consult with the instructors.
  クラスが定員に満たずキャンセルとなった場合、大人クラスの方で他のレベルに移りたい方は講師の判断により他のクラスに移ることが可能です。
