Back by popular demand will be sushi classes by Chef Sadao Ono.  Chef Ono was the owner and chef of Edohei in Winnipeg.  This was the first authentic sushi restaurant in Winnipeg.  Chef Ono has been instrumental in training most of the chefs in Winnipeg currently doing sushi.

During this class you will learn the following:

  1. The art of perfect sushi rice
  2. Kappamaki (cucumber roll)
  3. California Inside Out roll
  4. Spicy Tuna Inside Out roll
  5. Traditional Futomaki roll
  6. Inarisushi

This class is open to on 16 people so please register quickly since the last class sold out in only 3 days.
